Rawlings VELOCITY - FPVCTY Fastpitch Softball Bat

The Velocity is built from our 7050 high performance alloy with our Oversized Barrel Technology delivering performance at a nice value. The alloy strength allows us to have thin walls, maximizing the hitting surface and the size of the sweet spot. The -12.5 FPVCTY has an excellent weight drop allowing you to really ramp up your swing speed, and an extended barrel. It has swing spring handle technology with Buzz Off vibration reduction grip on the 31/32" handle.

Rawlings VELOCITY - FPVCTY Fastpitch Softball Bat

The Rawlings Velocity FPVCTY is a one-piece, ultra lightweight bat made with Rawlings' 7050 High Performance Alloy. With its -12.5 drop and low price, the Rawlings Velocity FPVCTY is suited towards entry-level, smaller players who need a lightweight bat to generate appropriate bat speed.

Like the Rawllings Instinct, the Rawlings Velocity FPVCTY is well balanced but has a 31/32" handle, a bit too big for the smaller players that should use it. The Rawlings Velocity FPVCTY does also uses Rawllings' Buzz Off vibration reduction grip and Sure-Lock end plug which do an effective job of reducing "hand sting".

Bottom line: The Rawlings Velocity FPVCTY is an ultra lightweight, durable, entry-level bat that has a handle that is too big for most of the smaller players who should be using it.
