I have been coaching softball for going on 37 years.....and every year gets harder......but I have reviewed your fast pitch listing and agree whole heartedly with the Phenix, Synergy, and Rocket Tech.....I have all of them in my arsenal.....although somedays it seems the girls go to bat without a bat. No matter what kind of bat you have, you have to swing it! Anyhow.....The comment that I wanted to make is ....... All of these 3 bats are sold in the range of $230 to 280.....in my opinion this is ridiculous......! I just wanted to point out that over the years, I have found that the best deal for not only a starter bat, but an everyday bat, that many times is used in cold weather conditions, like high school spring contests, is the bugandy colored TPS...I think the number is something like TP-15..which is sold for about $40 to $50....a 32 or 33....23 oz is suggested. This probably can found in almost every teams bat bag, but seldom used because it is no longer pretty or doesn't cost enough........It however perhaps is the best bat in the bag in several occations, because it is very consistant ....no matter if cold or hot. It is durable, and has great weight distribution throughout the bat, without any end loads......just a good balanced bat, which allows for good bat quickness. Its sweet spot seems to range throughout the entire bat, unlike the Phenix and Synergy below its first 14 inches......the Rocket Tech seems a little over weighted towards its end and should only be used by those girls with long swings and a lack of bat quickness. I am not real fond of the Catalyst......because it seems they have had some manufacturing problems, which may be a safety issue in the future.

My daughter has had the 07 & 05 RockeTechs models and can hit the balls way out there. Everytime she comes up to bat, the outfield knows to move back.

Our #2 daughter plays 16U. Our #1 daughte plays college. We have used the RT for years and love the bat.

I luvvvved this bat every time I hit the ball. Also, bats usually sting my hands really bad but this bat was comfortable

This 2008 Rocket Tech is easily the best bat I have ever owned. I've been a loyal Anderson supporter for a few years now, and I absolutely LOVE this 2008 model. I've got almost half of my team swinging the same bat now, and we are killing everyone else. Do yourself a favor and pick one of these up.

Paint chipped off bat after about 4 or 5 uses. Bat has good pop, but a $250 bat should not have paint coming off in its first month of use.

My daughter has tried both and likes both. The Rip-It Force has more pop but the RT swings better.

My 15yr old daughter has flattened this bat and had to replace it twice in the last year. She now has had a third one and put a flat spot in it a couple of weeks ago. Hopefully the 2008 model is more durable.

I've coached fastpitch softball for years and I can honestly say this is the hottest bat on the planet. The 2008 model may feel slightly heavier than advertised, especiall if you compare it to the 2007, but the results will impress you beyond belief. My daughter just crushes the ball with it.

This is absolutely the hottest bat in travel ball today. My kids flat out kill the ball with this thing. Swings heavier than advertised, with an end loaded feel. My daughter used the Synergy last year - which is very solid, but there is no comparison. The RT is much longer!!

I brought this bat for my daughter in 07 and her hitting improved big time. She just loves this bat and most of her teammates used her bat too. It's made by the Anderson Bat Company. They first came out with this bat in 04. I paid $220 for the bat. It has great pop and a big sweet spot and doesn't require any break-in. The bat did get better after about 50-60 hits on it.

My daughter also has an Easton Stealth Composite and Schutt Crystl Bustos Composite, as well as the RockeTech. The RockeTech is by far her favorite. This is the "big girl bat" every aspiring player should have in their bag. Throw out the toothpicks! If you wanna be a POWER HITTER, this is the bat to buy!

The Easton Stealth's weight is evenly distributed throughout the bat, making it feel heavier than a RockeTech with the same length, weight, and drop ratio. The Anderson RockeTech's weight is loaded at the end of the bat, giving a better whipping action and making the bat feel lighter than a Stealth. For example, my daughter had both in a 31"/23oz., drop -9. She could swing the RockeTech much, MUCH faster. AMAZING Pop. Larger Sweet Spot than most comps out there. Go DEEP with the RockeTech. You WON'T regret it!

I had a great fall season with this bat, but the end cap shattered during one of my indoor hitting practices.

I was told that my daughter should try this Rocket Tech -9 32/23 bat and she would love it. Well, the first time she went out for a select fastpitch 12u team, she put the ball in right center field about 200' 2-times in a row. Then she got tired swinging it and she went back to her HAVOC -12 and was knocking the crud out of the ball. Then at the end of summer, my daughter went back to her Rocket Tech. No comparison to the HAVOC. Everytime she gets up to bat, everyone that knows her or has played with her backs up especially in the outfield. If you want a good long distance bat, you should consider the Anderson RockeTech. It's AWESOME.

I play 14u A-level fastpitch. I was looking for a new bat.........well, I was! That is, until I purchased the new rocket tech fp 07. I purchased the rocket tech 07 and at batting practice was murdering the ball worse than I was with the 2005 bat.We have a great team and 6 out of 11 girls have already purchased the new bat.

If you are looking for your daughter to boost her confidence level, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this bat. My daughter is 11 and plays on a traveling team. This is THE BEST bat she has ever used. I have purchased 2 other well known TPS bats, and the RockeTech is better!! My daughter gets on base every time and it has boosted her self-esteem tremendously. Do your daughter a favor and get one..but do look around. Good Luck!

My daughter plays with a fastpitch travel team and middle school team. I purchased her the RockeTech. The very first game she hit with the bat she was crushing the ball further and hitting blazing line drives. All the other girls wanted to try it. As a result, 5 more players have purchased RockeTechs.

If you can swing this drop 9 bat (34/25) you will always get a great hit in every game. My daughter got a home run in her 1st game with this bat and the 2nd game had 2 back to back home runs. Just remember its the 34-25 anderson bat most can not swing fast enough with this weight but it works

Great sweet spot. No handle vibration. Worth the money if you are serious about the game.

My daughter has been using the RocketTech fast pitch bat for 1 1/2 months and the results are amazing. She was a line drive hitter and still is, but the power the bat produces is unbelievable. My daughter is 15, a sophomore in high school, small kid, 5'2" 109 lbs. In the month and a half that she's used it....hit two home runs, numerous triples and doubles......and she's a RUNT! The bat has turned a line drive hitter into a POWER HITTER. She hits the ball farther and deeper than anyone else on her team. Once you hit the "sweet spot", it's all over for the other team. If you're not using it, YOU BETTER!

We have the RT and Synergy, no comparison, the RT is much better.

My daughter uses the -9 Synergy and it is an excellent bat. However, our next bat WILL be a RocketTech. I've spent some time in the cage running the pitching machine this year. Between Synergy and RT, the balls hit with the RT are traveling faster. And that's with our two strongest hitters using the Synergys. The girls swinging the RT have, at best, average power. Also, a freshman on our H.S. team has 7 over-the-fence homers this early in the season. She's swinging a 2007 RT.

My daughter will not swing anything but a RT!!! "If your bad enough to swing it then it doesn't matter if the pitcher can bring it!!"

RT has more pop than the Rip-It Elite and Synergy. We hit with all 3 in BP last weekend. 8 balls were hit over the fence with RT. Same hitters used the other 2 bats and hit 0.
